background checks that non-Korean-speaking investors can actually use.
What we believe
- Facts over opinions. Every claim on this site links to the original DART filing. We publish
no price targets, no recommendations, no "analysis" that cannot be traced to a document.
- Validation in the open. How the score was tested against official KRX delisting
outcomes — full table, no look-ahead — is published on the Method page.
- Quiet by design. Alerts only fire when a stock you watch files something that matters.
