KoreaStockCheck provides company reports, filing alerts, and AI-connector access derived from public Korean regulatory filings (DART) and official KRX records. It is an information service.
Not investment advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Scores are mechanical counts of public filings — they are historical facts and validated statistics, not predictions about any individual company. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license. You may use reports and data for your own research. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, bulk-extract, scrape, or use the data to build a competing dataset or service. Fair-use limits apply (300 checks per month, up to 30 per day, combined across web reports and AI calls; watchlist of up to 30 stocks — swap stocks anytime; alerts cover filings from the moment a stock is on your list, with rate limits). Violations may result in suspension without refund of the current period.
Data comes from public sources and is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and current (refreshed daily on Korean business days) but do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Source filings always take precedence — that is why every claim links to the original document. If you believe an item is misattributed or misread, contact us: verified errors are corrected promptly and the correction is noted.
KoreaStockCheck is an information service, not a fiduciary. To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from any error or omission in the data; our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Source filings always take precedence over our summaries — every claim links to the original document so you can verify it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner Polar (merchant of record). You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Completed payments are final — see Refunds.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Governing law: Republic of Korea; exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
